Henry Warwick is a leading junior in the field of commercial dispute resolution. He is also a specialist in banking and financial regulation and in disputes arising from defective products. He is a seasoned practitioner in large scale Group Actions. He acts in a wide variety of disputes in the Business and Property Courts and has particular expertise in claims involving economic torts. His significant recent cases include the ongoing Post Office Group Litigation, proceedings brought by the Libyan Investment Authority against UK investors, Chevron Corporation’s multi-billion dollar claim against funders of the Lago Agrio litigation, and a range of financial regulatory matters, including the widely reported unfair relationships case Axton v GE [2015] All ER (D) 39.
