Barrister specialising in local government and administrative law, particularly public procurement and EU law. Also deals with such issues as enforcement of internal market legislation, health and safety aspects of food production and imports (represented the Welsh Office at the BSE Inquiry and the Welsh Assembly Government at the E-Coli Inquiry), procurement obligations and strategies for local and regional government (including National Assembly for Wales).
