Advises on both corporate and personal tax issues. Particular focus on the UK taxation of non-UK domiciled individuals, as well as employment issues. Significant litigation experience, both involving HMRC and between taxpayers in tax-related matters (eg tax deed disputes, PAYE matters). Publishes regularly on a wide variety of topics. Part-time lecturer at Leiden University.
