Personal injury: considerable experience in cases involving spinal injuries, head injuries, occupational health, asbestosis, manual handling, accidents abroad, factory accidents, road traffic accidents, rail disasters, inquests, the CICB/CICA, product liability. Andrew has a special interest in spinal injuries and Motor Insurance Bureau claims. Clinical negligence: experienced in birth injuries, Erb’s Palsy, failed sterilisation, abdominal operations, heart valve implants, brain surgery, GP negligence, A&E negligence, failure to warn etc. Professional negligence: solicitors’ negligence in handling litigation.
