Position

David is a specialist employment lawyer whose practice encompasses the full array of tribunal, EAT, High Court and Court of Appeal litigation. David also accepts instructions in professional regulatory and disciplinary matters. Frequently instructed by a wide variety of private sector respondents, David’s clients range from small businesses through to major blue chip companies. He often acts on behalf of public employers including local government, fire authorities and the police. He also represents employees at senior executive level and individual members or collective trade union representatives. David is a regular speaker at employment seminars, including the frequent updates offered to practitioners by St Philips Chambers and those events organised by external training providers. Arrangements can also be made for David to participate in training at the offices of instructing solicitors, whether directed to staff, clients or both.
