Position
Barrister specialising in commercial law including reinsurance (Feasey v Sun Life), insurance (AON 77 Energy Cover), mergers and acquisitions (GE Capital v Bankers Trust and Arthur Andersen, Yeoman v Warburgs), banking, oil and gas, professional negligence, commercial fraud (Grupo Torras litigation); shipping (Grecia Express); international trade (Tradigrain v ACE); domestic and international arbitration both as counsel and as arbitrator. Notable cases include Bonner v Cox (2006), Henderson v Merret (1995) and Napier v Hunter (1993).
