Position
David specialises in both public and private areas of family law. Children and family: private law including contact, residence, leave to remove and related committal proceedings; special guardianship applications; public law care and adoption proceedings in which he has acted for local authorities, parents and guardians; injunctions and domestic violence applications under the Family Law Act 1996, including occupation orders and transfers of tenancy, and related committal proceedings; matrimonial work and separation of cohabitants.
