Position
Barrister specialising in all types of personal injury claims with special expertise in road traffic and sporting accidents, brain and spinal injuries. Amongst the notable cases he has handled, Ian Murphy appeared for the plaintiff in Vowles v Evans and the Welsh Rugby Union [2003] EWCA Civ 318 CA (duty of care by referee to amateur rugby player). He also appeared in Adams v Rhymney Valley DC [2001] HLR. He also handles serious crime cases including murder, child abuse, drug dealing and major dishonesty.
