Position

Nigel is a highly experienced barrister who undertakes clinical negligence, personal injury, and related professional negligence work, acting for both Claimant and Defendants. Before specialising in medical work, he undertook criminal cases and has experience of prosecuting and defending jury trials.

 

In the field of clinical negligence he has wide experience in:

His real passion is skiing in the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland. He is Vice-President of the DHO (one of the world's oldest skiing clubs) and  takes part in the annual McMillan Cup race.
