Position

Sarah practises exclusively in the personal injury field, dealing with both fast track and multi-track cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants. Her practice involves claims regarding matters such as accidents at work; clinical negligence; public liability; occupiers’ liability; road traffic accidents involving HGVs, buses, motor cars and motorbikes; cases involving allegations of fraud and exaggeration; defective premises claims; industrial disease; and military claims.

Having been appointed as Assistant Coroner, Sarah regularly appears in inquests representing a wide range of properly interested persons and has a detailed understanding of Article 2 inquests.

In the field of clinical negligence, Sarah deals surgical and pharmaceutical negligence, dental negligence, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis, inappropriate treatment and failure to obtain informed consent.
