Barrister with an international litigation and advisory practice in commercial and energy law in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and N America. Career

Called 1991; junior counsel to the Crown ‘A’ Panel; adviser to the Home Office/ACPO Working Party on human rights. CEDR and ACI mediator. Publications include Wilken/Ghaly ‘Waiver, Variation and Estoppel’ (OUP 2012), and various legal press articles.
