Position

Recommended as leading barrister in ‘Chambers & Partners’, specialising in construction and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has particular experience in freezing injunctions, financial services, pensions, partnerships and commercial fraud, particularly where jurisdictional issues are involved. He has acted in a number of high-profile ?cases against the government in relation to the Hunting Act ?2004 and in cases arising out of the foot and mouth outbreaks in 2001 and 2007. Robert is co-author of the LexisNexis Special Report on Financial Services Regulation and co-author of the new LexisNexis book on the Bribery Act 2010, published in April 2011.
