Position
Vernon Flynn has a wide-ranging practice in international and domestic commercial law. He was awarded Commercial Junior of the Year 2007 by Chambers and Partners. He has been recommended in the Legal 500 for several years in seven areas: arbitration, banking, civil fraud, commercial litigation, media and entertainment, shipping and sport. In addition to those areas he also has considerable experience of insurance and reinsurance and commodities (particularly metals). His practice includes both advisory work and advocacy in all civil courts (and abroad) and before arbitration tribunals both in relation to interim relief as well as trial work. He has been counsel in many important cases and acts as arbitrator as well as counsel. He is a Visiting Fellow of the London School of Economics in International Commercial Arbitration (since 2003).
