Barrister specialising in commercial litigation and international arbitration. His areas of expertise include carriage of goods by land, air and sea, shipping, shipbuilding, sale of goods, commodities, oil & gas, insurance, energy, unjust enrichment claims, commercial fraud and general commercial litigation. He has significant experience of jurisdictional challenges, freezing and anti-suit injunctions and other forms of injunctive relief.
