Position
Barrister specialising in UK and EC competition law, general aspects of European economic law, commercial judicial review and telecommunications and utility regulation. Recent litigation experience in High Court and European Courts includes builder cartels, Safeway v Twigger, mobile phone call termination litigation, credit card interchange fees, water regulation, airport charges, supermarkets, energy competition issues, railway competition and regulation. Conducting Commission of Inquiry in St Kitts and Nevis 2009.
