Position
Practice covers a broad range of commercial and chancery disciplines, including commercial litigation, banking, finance, company law, civil fraud, joint ventures and partnership, as well as the law of confidence and private international law. Has considerable experience of injunctions, jurisdictional disputes, international asset tracing and offshore trust disputes. Has been admitted as a member of the Bar in the BVI and in the Bahamas and is registered as an advocate in the DIFC courts. Frequently acts in international arbitrations. Sits as an arbitrator.
