Position
Barrister specialising in commercial chancery litigation with emphasis on company and insolvency (corporate and personal), property (including commercial and residential landlord and tenant, real property) and commercial litigation (including banking, partnership and general contract disputes). Recent cases include Re Michael (a bankrupt); Hellard v Michael and Fairview New Homes Farnborough Ltd [2010] BPIR 418 and Re Peppard (a bankrupt); Tomlinson v Harrington and Nash [2009] BPIR 331.
