Recognised as one of the leading property litigation specialists in the region, he has wide experience of all contentious property-related matters including commercial leases, title and covenant cases, insolvency, arbitration and mediation. He advises a number of major clients on policy, property and risk management. He also provides training for in-house surveying, management and legal personnel. He acts for a range of investors, developers, retailers and businesses with multiple property holdings. He manages relationships with a number of major clients, including Tesco and Lloyd’s Banking Group.
Career
Qualified 1972; made partner in present firm 1976. Member of management team (1980-2006); head of litigation (1983-95); head of commercial property (1996-2001). Current directorships: Ropetackle Centre Trust.
