Partner specialising in probate and estate administration including inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation for beneficiaries. She deals with the preparation of wills and inheritance tax planning including utilising trusts. She also has expertise in advising on and managing the affairs of elderly and mentally disabled clients including dealing with lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. Key areas of expertise include: estate planning; inheritance tax advice; administration of estates; post-death tax planning; advising on the creation of trusts, including tax implications; drafting Wills for clients with a wide range of requirements, including those providing for dependants with learning difficulties; powers of attorney and dealing with the Office of the Public Guardian.
