Position
Jonathan is experienced in running M&A transactions and heads the corporate department. Recent business sector experience includes waste and recycling/energy from waste and technology. Recent transactions include: the acquisition for Hillcrest Care Limited of Hillingdon Manor School (and autistic school and adult learning centre led by high profile Anna Kennedy); the acquisition of Glazewing, a metals recycling business in Norfolk, for Valens Resources Group plc. Acquisitions for Pyroban and Hillcrest Care, acquisition of Singh Skips for Glazewing and the acquisition of Mid Sussex Golf Club for a group of private investors. Current active projects include a £40m private company sale and some large waste/renewables infrastructure projects.

Trained at Fitzhugh Gates; qualified 1987; partner DMH Stallard 2007. Has over 20 years’ experience in corporate practice, in private practice and in industry.
