Position
As partner and head of real estate department Richard has sat on the firm’s management team since 2000. He has been instrumental in the implementation of the firm’s portfolio management service within the real estate asset management group. As an expert in process management, he has extensive experience in advising real estate clients and has introduced new systems and procedures across the department including innovative IT systems for improving and monitoring the throughput of real estate and planning work. He is responsible for winning new work from key clients and introducers and is well known in the marketplace. Significant client growth from CRM clients during 2010 includes UK Power Networks, Tesco Stores, and Liverpool Victoria (Namulas Pension Trustees).

Trained at Donne Mileham & Haddock (now DMH Stallard LLP) 1990-92; qualified 1992. Appointed associate 1994; appointed partner 1996; appointed equity partner 2000; member of management team as dept head since 2000.
