Position
Specialist areas include complex enfranchisement cases, acting for both commercial portfolio ?landlords and leaseholders. Tina has acted against the Wellcome ?Trust, the Cadogan and Grosvenor Estates. She also has a ?substantial practice advising commercial and public sector ?landlords in relation to landlord and tenant disputes, policy ?advice and strategic issues. She has extensive experience of ?handling judicial reviews, and managing and designing processes ?for streamlining volume work. Tina has responsibility for managing a number of key client relationships including the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea TMO and Dorrington Plc.
