Position
Business lawyer specialising in commercial and chancery work. Commercial work includes all types of contract litigation, partnership disputes, fraud and asset tracing and banking. His practice extends to intellectual property work involving copyright, trade mark, design right and passing off disputes. The other major part of his practice relates to the contentious and non-contentious areas of insolvency including advising on company liquidation and administration on matters ranging from general commercial problems to more technical statutory based matters under the Insolvencies and Companies Act.
