Position
Michael Neofytou operates a practice exclusively in criminal defence. He is regularly instructed in serious and complex cases including: murder/attempted murder, armed robbery, drugs, firearms and high value fraud cases. Michael prides himself on his down to earth approach with both his professional and lay clients. He is approachable and makes himself available outside normal working hours to assist solicitors with any aspect of a case. Having undertaken the Bar Council’s direct access course, Michael is available to accept instructions directly from the public (please contact our clerks team for more information and to enquire of Michael’s availability). Michael is a registered lawyer with the Football Association and as such he is qualified to act both for football players and clubs in relation to transfers and other football related activity. Although based in London, Michael is happy to travel to all parts of the country. In the past year he has accepted instructions and appeared in courts including Teesside, Sheffield, Manchester, Birmingham, Carlisle and Leicester.
