Position
Barrister specialising in construction law (acting on behalf of employers and contractors in large construction and engineering disputes, both in litigation and in arbitration proceedings) and professional indemnity (particularly in relation to construction professionals), insurance and general commercial.

Employed by the Ministry of Defence from 1980-83. Called 1984; Middle Temple; practised at 4 Pump Court 1985-07; Atkin Chambers 2007-10. TECBAR accredited Adjudicator and also a trained Mediator. Qualified to undertake Public Access work. Publications of note: Contributor to the section on Delay and Disruption, Liquidated Damages and Penalties in the 12th edition of Hudson’s ‘Building and Engineering Contracts’.
