Barrister; has appeared in about 100 cases before the European Court. Appears in courts, tribunals and in arbitrations around the world, mainly in cases where regulatory, competition or public law issues arise. Recent appearances have been in the High Court and Court of Appeal of Hong Kong, the Supreme Court in Mauritius, the Court of Appeal of the Caribbean in Grand Cayman.
