Position

Barrister; has appeared in about 100 cases before the European Court. Appears in courts, tribunals and in arbitrations around the world, mainly in cases where regulatory, competition or public law issues arise. Recent appearances have been in the High Court and Court of Appeal of Hong Kong, the Supreme Court in Mauritius, the Court of Appeal of the Caribbean in Grand Cayman. He has appeared in many of the leading cases before the UK Competition Appeals Tribunal and in many of the leading cases in the courts of England and Wales which deal with competition and regulatory issues.
