Recent and current cases include competition damages liitgation (including Interchange, Trucks and USD LIBOR); advising competition authorities on enforcement and regulatory matters (including ORR on its Freightliner case and the CMA on a regulatory appeal); defending the air cargo cartel decision (Singapore Airlines v Commission); and Shindler & McLennan v Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (CA; disenfranchisement of long-term ex pats from EU Referendum)..
