Position
Practices public and regulatory law, and family law. Extensive experience of public inquiry work, having acted as junior counsel to the Bloody Sunday Inquiry. Also undertakes inquest work and judicial review. Has been instructed before a range of regulatory and disciplinary tribunals, including the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the General Social Care Council and the Care Standards Tribunal. Practice in family law focused on Children Act proceedings, both public and private.
