Position

Steven specialises in disputes arising in connection with construction and engineering projects both in the UK and internationally.  His practice involves a diverse range of subject matter including buildings, offshore structures, oil and gas installations, power stations, ships and IT systems. Steven regularly appears in arbitration both in the UK and in other jurisdictions. He also frequently appears in the TCC and the Court of Appeal in England.

Steven is an accredited adjudicator and is also appointed as arbitrator in construction and engineering disputes.
