Position

Rónán specialises in construction, engineering, energy and natural resources, professional negligence and IT matters with experience of litigation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution. Represents developers, employers, professionals, contractors, sub-contractors, funders and insurers. Experience in engineering and energy disputes has included offshore renewables, oil / gas pipelines, combined power and desalination plants, railways, roads and stadiums. Rónán regularly acts in professional negligence disputes involving architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers. Recent experience includes representing a contractor in an ICC arbitration concerning a landmark infrastructure development in the Middle East and representing an Employer in relation to a major energy project in North Africa.
