Tim is a Chartered, Trade Mark Attorney, European Trade Mark & Design Attorney, Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney.

He advises clients on both patent and trade mark matters. His patent work includes drafting and prosecution of UK, European and foreign applications, as well as assisting clients with validity and infringement issues. He is further noted for his experience in design and copyright matters, advising a number of UK and overseas clients.  He has a strong reputation for searching and registering marks in the UK and Europe, as well as handling opposition and cancellation proceedings and advising on validity and infringement matters.
