Boult Wade Tennant announces partnership appointment
Boult Wade Tennant, market leading patent and trade mark firm, is delighted to announce that Jo Pelly has been appointed partner, effective from 1st May 2012.
Jo, who is based in Boult Wade Tennant’s Reading office, is a member of the firm’s renowned High Tech and Electrical Group and advises national and international clients with a particular focus on due diligence work.

Jo has a wealth of experience across a wide range of technologies including medical devices, road studs, gas turbine engines, computer game controllers and much more. An experienced prosecutor of UK and European patent applications ranging from general physics inventions to mechanical devices she also has significant experience in contentious matters before the Opposition Division and Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office.
