Position

Partner in firm with 20 years of post-qualification experience in criminal defence. Specialising in both adult and youth criminal defence and defending motoring matters. Experience in both defending and prosecuting regulatory offences. Experience also in the Coroners Court and prosecuting for RMG. Also specialises in mental health work, acting for patients detained under the Mental Health Act and representing them before both tribunals and manager’s hearings with the same tenacity and purpose as he does his clients in criminal proceedings.

Non-playing member of Ashby Bulls RFC, cricket and football fan, walking, reading, listening to non-classical music, keeping two young sons under control.
