Kevin is a partner in the transport, logistics and infrastructure practice and is highly experienced in advising on heavy and light rail franchise and concessions bids, franchise mobilisations and related statutory transfer schemes, rolling stock leasing and a variety of commercial and regulatory matters. He acts for a number of passenger rail operators and recently advised SNCF on its bid (with Stagecoach and Virgin) for the West Coast Partnership rail franchise and Transdev on its bids to operate and maintain the Luas light rail system in Dublin and the Greater Manchester Metrolink. Kevin has also acted for concession letting authorities and rolling stock manufacturers.
