Position

Partner in the commercial disputes and regulatory group. Experience of contractual and tortious disputes across a range of industry sectors. Recent work has included acting in disputes governed by the rail industry’s dispute resolution regime and acting for companies in the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors. Also has experience of judicial review, shareholder and partnership disputes.
