It represents creditors dealing with companies in financial distress, as a result of the reconstruction of Saab Automobile. Jonas Premfors, who ‘administers bankruptcies in a solid, prompt way’, is representing the bankruptcy estate of Boliden Apirsa against Boliden in Sweden’s largest claim under the EC Insolvency Regulation. Kent Hägglund heads the team.
