Acted on behalf of Bank of Ireland in recent PFIs involving Tyrone Colleges and Invest NI HQ, Honda Finance in preparation of security documentation for local dealerships, 02 UK Limited and Manchester Building Society in relation to compliance of security documentation with Northern Irish Law.
