Oringer also leverages his fiduciary Title 1 expertise, acting as primary counsel to a client roster of investment banks and managers, mutual funds and trust companies regarding changes to the DOL’s fiduciary rule (and subsequent repeal). Having recently joined from Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, Steven Rabitz brings even more experience to the team’s ERISA practice and is instructed by clients from the investment management sector.
