Linda C. Goldstein is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses her practice on securities fraud claims and other complex civil and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Goldstein frequently advises on a broad range of securities matters, including claims brought by institutional investors, class actions, major customer arbitrations and regulatory investigations. She also handles cases involving actions against foreign sovereigns and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Star litigators at the firm include securities fraud litigation expert Linda Goldstein in New York, William Oxley, managing partner of the Los Angeles office, and Washington DC-based Christina Sarchio, who recently secured dismissals for Apple in class action cases that alleged violations of a New Jersey consumer protection statute. Matthew Larrabee heads the department from New York.
