The firm is well known for its global hotels expertise. Indeed, the team acted for Aprirose in relation to its £525m acquisition of QHotels from Bain Capital Credit and Canyon Partners, which was among the largest hotel portfolio acquisitions of 2017. Further, Mark Daliere counselled Astir Palace Vouliagmeni on agreements with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for the operation of the iconic Astir Palace in Athens. Similarly, Daliere advised 1875 Finance on agreements with Six Senses Resorts for the development and management of an ultra-luxury resort and branded residences in Switzerland.
