Position

Matthew is a partner in the corporate department, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Matthew has particular experience in corporate real estate transactions and heads the finn’s corporate real estate practice. He regularly advises clients on acquisitions and disposals of properties within corporate structures, property joint ventures and sale and leaseback transactions.
