Position

Celia is a partner in the trade and commodity finance team of Dentons in London. She advises lenders and borrowers on financing transactions in the production, transportation and sale of commodities and in receivables financing and invoice discounting transactions. She has extensive experience in documenting pre-export financing facilities, structured prepayment arrangements, borrowing base facilities and other working capital facilities to traders, receivables financing, and restructuring and workouts in the natural resources sector. Her clients include banks, commodities trading houses, investment funds and commodities producers. She has particular experience of transactions in Africa, South and East Asia and in Latin America. Celia practices; banking and finance; investment funds and income trusts; trade and commodity finance.
