Position

Isaac Felberbaum is a partner in the banking and finance practice and heads up the syndicated loans team. He acts for a variety of clients including financial institutions and corporates. His experience covers secured and unsecured lending both bilateral and syndicated with sovereign, international organisations (such as Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Investment Bank and African Export-Import Bank), financial institutions and corporate borrowers and additionally advising on structured finance. He also advises on restructuring of the aforesaid and on international capital markets, bond issues and derivatives transactions.
