Position

Tom has garticular expertise in high-value, high-profile High Court disputes across a broad range of industries. In recent years. he has principally acted for banks and other financial services institutions. Further significant experience includes advising on legal process outsourcing to coordinate major cross-border document review exercises. As such, he also has a particular interest in electronic disclosure and the outsourcing of document review and has spoken at national events on these topics.
