Alexis specialises in all aspects of estate planning and asset protection including the administration and formation of trusts, preparation of wills and powers of attorney, inheritance tax mitigation and executry administration. She has particular interest in charity law, advising entrepreneurs and has considerable experience in dealing with contentious and complex executries.

The group’s primary focuses are wills, trusts, tax planning, contentious and non-contentious probate, matters concerning adults with incapacity, personal injury and charitable trusts. Alexis Graham, whose clients include a number of entrepreneurs and other high-net-worth individuals, is advising the estate of a deceased client who had a considerable shareholding, in a matter involving business property relief, a large number of lifetime gifts and complex family dynamics.
