Position

Fabrizio Capponi is a partner in Dentons' Italian offices and a member of the global Tax practice.
Fabrizio specializes in corporate and tax law, assisting companies and large groups in complex financial transactions, corporate reorganizations and debt restructuring (reorganization agreements relating to distressed loans), as well as on private equity and M&A transactions.
He also assists investment banks and securities firms, with a specific focus on taxation of financial products, and provides sellers and buyers with advice on tax due diligence.
Fabrizio has handled some of the most important voluntary disclosure and transfer pricing cases in Italy over the last few years.

Career

Fabrizio participates as a lecturer in seminars and conferences on tax law. He is also the author of several publications on tax matters.
