Position

Bartosz's main areas of interest focus on real estate finance transactions and corporate financings provided by syndicate banks, acting on both the lenders’ and the borrowers’ side. He has led or participated in numerous finance transactions, including project finance, acquisition finance and asset finance, as well as restructurings. His experience covers drafting and negotiating credit documentation, in particular LMA standard loan documentation, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, as well as security documents. He represents leading Polish and foreign banks and borrowers, including listed companies, private equity funds and private investors.

Career

Counsel at Dentons since 2016 (with the law firm since 2004). In 2016 seconded to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London.
