Position

Bartłomiej advises clients on complex real estate law matters including civil, administrative and commercial law. He is a transactional lawyer responsible for running and supervising investment transactions in the real estate sector for Dentons’ key clients including Polish and foreign investment firms and developers. He has been involved in multiple transactions (including asset, enterprise and share deals) involving various property types like office buildings, warehouses, hotels, also under sale-and-leaseback, forward purchase, forward funding or joint venture structures. Bartłomiej is also experienced in negotiating agreements with hotel managers as well as hotel lease agreements.

Together with 'commercially-aware' BartƂomiej Kordeczka, Dębowski advised Echo Polska Properties on the €692m acquisition of the M1 portfolio of 12 retail properties from Chariot Top Group. The highly regarded team includes counsels Anna Garbula-Węgrzynowska ('excellent in complex transactions') and 'highly knowledgeable' Ɓukasz Zwiercan. Tomasz Stasiak left the team for Wolf Theiss in November 2017.
