Position

Agnieszka Wardak heads the Warsaw office Criminal Litigation and Internal Investigation practice. She has vast experience in corporate crime matters and is one of the few lawyers on the market specializing in corporate liability issues, crisis and risk management. She also coordinates criminal litigation projects and initiatives across the CEE Region. Her practice comprises white collar crimes projects, where she has unique experience in representing both companies and individuals in various business-related criminal proceedings in front of the Polish authorities.

Foreign employers will have to comply with the new law and pay their employees staying in Germany at least Euro 8.50 per hour.
