Position

Mateusz heads the firm’s European Banking and Finance practice. Specializes in banking law, project finance and financial restructuring, including in particular financing of property transactions, renewable energy and oil and gas projects. Acts for both financial institutions and borrowers. Acted as an expert on legislative works related to regulatory change in Poland, including the new bankruptcy law and the new Act on registered pledges.
